Every team needs a bench - players who are ready to step in and "carry the ball" when called upon. Churches need a leadership bench, both for leading ministry teams and for leading the church overall. So, on April 11th the Rock will begin to develop our "leadership bench" with our first class in a three-year cycle of classes meant to grow spiritually mature and organizationally skilled leaders. The class will meet on two Sunday evenings each month with time off during July, December, and January. Each evening will begin with dinner and then be followed by either a class session or a workshop/application discussion.

 

CLASS NEWS: The Leadership Bench class will resume on Sunday evening, August 8th at 6:30 PM @ the Rock "Upper Room". Participants are asked to have read chapter 4 of "The Emotionally Healthy Leader" and be ready for discussion with questions or thoughts to share. This is the large group meeting for the month of August.
